Policies

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing via email or letter and are subject to the following cancellation charges:

• If the cancellation is made 90 days or more prior to the start of the retreat, there will be a full refund of the retreat fees minus a $50 processing fee.

• If the cancellation is made between 60-89 days prior to the start of the retreat, 50% of the retreat fees will be refunded.

• If the cancellation is made between 30-59 days prior to the start of the retreat, 25% of the retreat fees will be refunded.

• If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the start of the retreat, there will be no refund of the retreat fees.

If the retreat center cancels the retreat for any reason, a full refund of the retreat fees will be issued.

The retreat center is not responsible for any travel expenses or other costs incurred by retreat participants in the event of cancellation.

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may cause cancellation or interruption of travel plans.

In the event of an emergency or other extenuating circumstance, the retreat center may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions to this cancellation policy.

By submitting payment for the retreat, participants acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
